今天在我Taman跑了7km，那是我的记录。
为了要应付C_DEX 7km马拉松比赛，我从新年前已经开始train了。
1200m。。。。4000m。。。。。 5600m。。。。。7000m
从当初只能持续跑1200m 到今天的7000m，我真的feel 到那种成就感。
很多次在中途，我都想放弃，真的好喘。。。但我都挨了过来。
看着自己的记录被打破是我继续跑下去的推动力。
当我跑时我一直想着我Junior Ah B 的MSN 写着一句话：
Winning doesn't always mean being first, winning means you' re doing better than you've done before。
跑了7km的鞋子

ya... i quite agree on that sentence....
but... we can't put our goal like that...
that sentence is good to consult those fail to win the 1st....
but not to those who wanna to achieve their goal

ya...thanks for ur comment, and i agree with u.
For sure, if we wan to achieve our goal cant just follow that sentence in stead should have better high ambition thinking.
But for me, my goal is to run 7km. So that's enuf if every time i can run longer than i've ran before ....haha.
and finally i also success to do it. That feeling is quite nice.(成就感)
